There are a bunch of factors that, in a production setting, would make it harder to make and provide upkeep a drafting like this. This is taking information from an existing .pdf and remaking it— No referenced files, no split time between drafting and other duties, no keeping watch for conflicts with scenery, etc. At the end of the day, really simple, and a best-practice example for as-built drawings.
